Please note, this tutorial video references an area called "Sub circles" when creating a new circle. This is now called "Space".

A Space is a container for additional sub circles. It helps you organize your program structure. You can think of it as a folder that organizes other discussion and content circles.

In our example, we're going to create an accountability partner space. Start by clicking on the New circle button in the upper right-hand corner of your parent circle.

Give a name to your Space and click on the blue Space button. Click on Create circle.

Click through to enter the circle you have created. You will find yourself in an area where you can now create additional circles. Click on the New circle button in the upper right-hand corner to add a new circle to this Space.

For example, if you're planning to create a collection of Spaces for accountability partners, you might create a new circle called "Gisela and Michael." You might create additional circles for all the other accountability partners. This would provide each set of partners with their own discussion space.

Space circles in Sutra allow you to organize content and discussions. You can also use Spaces for program managers to have a private area to communicate and share resources. If you're just getting started, we recommend experimenting with this circle type to see how you can best organize your program's content.
