In this use case we highlight Denee Choice, women’s leadership coach. She developed a high-touch, 6-month private coaching program and created a personalized 1:1 template portal to support it.
Denee is a leadership coach who runs the Next-Level Leadership Accelerator, a 6-month 1:1 coaching experience for high-achieving women who want to lead with more grounded authority, self-trust, and sustainable influence—without the exhausting “performance” layer.
She had first discovered Sutra as a participant in another program (Conscious Leadership Program by Xchange) and was drawn to its focus on reflective learning. Her aim was to build a replicable 1:1 private portal that clients would use before coaching starts and then throughout the six months to stay anchored between sessions.
The need was for an exclusive, private portal to deliver a luxurious, high-ticket experience to each client. This portal had to offer a clear, structured coaching trajectory with defined anchor points to maintain coherence. Additionally, it needed to include complementary materials that clients could access in a "buffet" style, allowing them to utilize resources that best served their individual needs.
Inside the portal, each 1:1 client gets a structured but non-prescriptive journey:
Modules with reflective prompts
A simple progress tracker: monthly check-ins that bring their goals back into view (“here was the plan — how’s it going?”)
A coaching journal for session takeaways and ongoing journaling pages
A resources library (frameworks, videos, articles) so the coach can point clients to exactly what’s relevant, all in one place, not scattered in an email exchange

To keep it private, replicable, and easy to run with a handful of concurrent clients, she leaned into a simple system:
A template space - duplicated for each client
Instead of one shared space for multiple clients, duplication was the cleanest path for privacy and for avoiding overwhelm when reviewing client’s reflections.
Scheduling of modules (via space scheduling option)
Core onboarding content stays accessible, while later sections can be unlocked based on the real rhythm of 1:1 work.
A “one place to see it” progress view (using wait condition blocks)
A section that pulls the most important client inputs into one review point, and releases monthly check in prompts so both coach and client can track evolution without scrolling through scattered prompts.
A resource library that doesn’t feel like a dump (using showcase space format, tags and dynamic properties)
Resources can be presented as a curated list (title + short intro + click-through), so clients find what they need fast.
A replicable 1:1 coaching portal template that supports the full 6-month of private coaching experience: strong intake, cleaner integration of assessment work, private reflection, and a structured place for progress, while staying flexible enough for real life and real clients.
The design principle underneath it: don’t replace coaching with content. The portal is to hold what clients need between sessions so live time stays coaching-forward.
