Read-only discussion space

Create a read-only discussion for announcements or sharing important information

You can create a read-only discussion space and adjust the settings so that only the managers can post messages in it. You can also choose to enable or disable the reflections for these posts.

1. Create a discussion space within your program.

2. Being inside the discussion space click on the Manage button, select the General settings and scroll down to the Additional settings.

   Here turn off the first two options: disable all the members to post messages in this space and disable reflections.

1. Make sure you invite your participants to this discussion space for them to be able to receive the updates via the email digest.
