Create a registration page for your offering and share it with the audience

Create a registration page
1. Create a program space for your offering, click on Manage on the top menu and select the General settings. Then press the arrow next to the Registration page settings to expand the menu.
2. To create a registration page make sure the Display registration page option is turned ON. And then press the blue Edit page button.
3. You will be redirected to the registration page builder where the default registration page is already pre-created for you.
You can edit the default registration layout, add other layouts or whole page templates. Make sure your registration page has an action button for registration of the participants.
4. You can work on the registration page as a draft (the changes are saved automatically) and press the blue Publish button when you are ready to publish the changes.
5. You can Preview the registration page (both the draft and the published version).
💡 Tip: You can create a registration page for your program space as well as for the sub spaces within your program (if necessary) .
Share your program/registration page with the audience
1. Once inside your program space, click on Manage on the top menu and select the General settings tab (or the Members tab). Click on the Invite button in the upper right corner.
2. In the pop up window select Share link, then copy and share the link with the audience.
If you have a registration page the link to your program space will take the participants to the registration page first.
📝 Note: You can also find the shareable link at the very top of the General settings tab.
The importance of privacy settings when you have a registration page
✅ If you want the audience to be able to see your registration page, please, set the privacy of your program circle to OPEN or PAID (in this case you will need to connect your Stripe account).
✅ If you opt for a PRIVATE option or a PAID option without connecting your Stripe account, people will not be able to see your registration page. When you have a private program you can only invite certain people using their email addresses.
✅ In open and paid programs you can invite people individually and also use the registration page. You can always ensure the privacy of your program by adding a pending status or simply creating a paid program. If you have a pending status, people will get into your program only after your approval.
