Bundles
Bundle payments in Sutra provide a convenient way to offer access to multiple spaces with a single purchase. This feature is ideal for packaging related courses, programs, or communities into a single, streamlined payment option for your participants.
Bundles also make it easy for you to offer different payment options and tiers for the same space.
In this article, we’ll guide you through the process of setting up bundle payments, helping you simplify transactions and enhance the value of your offerings.
To access Bundles, the payment settings should be Paid and you should have your Stripe account connected.
Step-by-step
1) Click on the Manage button at the top menu, in the Privacy and payment settings section, find Bundles and click on Create bundle button:
2) Enter the bundle Name, select the spaces that should be part of the bundle, and on which landing/registration pages it should be displayed:
3) Next, you can add a small description for the bundle, choose the price, and select if the bundle should be displayed on the checkout page. If you select this option, this bundle will be visible on the payment page for this space as an additional purchase option. If you don't select this option you can link to the bundle payment option directly. This is convenient if you want to create a pricing option that should not be visible on the main checkout page.
4) Once you finish editing, always remember to click on the Update bundle option:
5) The created bundle will be visible in the Bundles section and you can edit, delete, or copy the link to share with specific people in case you don't want to show it on the registration page:
6) On the registration page, participants can choose between the regular course/community option or the bundle option. If you send them just the bundle link, they will only see the bundle option.
7) Once they complete the checkout process for the bundle, they will automatically added to the selected spaces for that bundle.
